Join the Texas Council for the Social Studies (TXCSS) on July 18, 2025, for a powerful day of learning, reflection, and collaboration at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. This immersive experience, part of our 2025 theme #VoicesInHistory, invites educators to explore how stories and histories—local, national, and global—intersect and shape our understanding of the past and present.
Through guided tours of the Museum’s Holocaust and Civil Rights exhibitions, participants will engage in a “choose-your-own” learning path that fosters deep reflection and dialogue.
Whether attending in person or virtually, educators will connect with public history in ways that highlight the power of upstanders and the enduring relevance of civic responsibility.
Date: July 18, 2025
Location: Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum (in-person & virtual options)
Registration closes: July 11, 2025
CPE Credit: Available for all participants
Cost: Free for current TXCSS members
Members joining virtually will be emailed the Zoom link closer to the date of the event.
