TXCSS is headed to Houston, TX and the Houston Omni, Gallaria. 

Complete your paid reservation for your booth early and have first pick for your booth location.

• Up to August 15, 2026 --- 10'X10' booth EARLY RATE = $625.00
• August 16, 2026 --- 10'X 10' Booth Regular rate  = $750.00

• As of Sept 22, 2026 -- 10'X10' Booth LATE Reservation if space is available will be  $950.00

• Exhibitor representatives included inside conference app as attendee/contact.  

• Within 14 calendar days of payment, a full refund will be honored. Between 15 calendar days from the date of payment and 31 calendar days before the conference, the booth rental minus a $100.00 processing fee will be refunded.

• Thirty (30) calendar days before the conference, no refunds will be made. 

• Show dates are October 23 & 24, 2026

• Move in will be October 22, 2026

• Move out will be October 24, 2026  Starting at 3:30 pm

3. Secure your room reservation with TXCSS 2026.Conference Rate is $162.00 for Single or Double. Triple and Quad is $182.00

5. Nearest Airport is Houston Hobby and then George Bush International
