Be a Conference Exhibitor at #TXCSS2021

Complete your paid reservation for your booth early and have first pick for your booth location.

• Booth space is 10 x 10 (based on fire marshal approval) exhibitor booth regular rate is $625, if you reserve before August 16, 2021. The early reservation price is $525.  

• Within 14 calendar days of payment, a full refund will be honored. Between 15 calendar days from the date of payment and 31 calendar days before the conference, the booth rental minus a $100.00 processing fee will be refunded.

• Thirty (30) calendar days before the conference, no refunds will be made. Reserve your space today, and be prepared to Tweet #TXCSS2021.

• Show dates are November 12-13, 2021

• Move in will be November 11, 2021

• Move out will be November 13, 2021.  Starting at 4 pm

To make your life easy we have your check list:

1. Complete the online form and make your full payment.

2. Freeman is currently in the process of creating the floor plan. Once received this will be placed online to view.

3. Secure your reservations at the Kalahari in Round Rock. Conference Rate is $154.00 for single - quad occupancy. Once the Reservation link is created by the Kalahari the link will be placed here. 

4. Driving Directions to the Kalahari, Round Rock

5. Nearest Major Airport is Austin, TX (33 Miles)

6. Make your travel plans…and see ya there!
